Cm Arjun Munda said now, companies not to be able to parchage directly in 5th scheduled area in Jharkhand...But see other side..When he was earlier in 2006-7 as Chief Minister..He was singhed the MOU's with nearly 56 Capitalist to purchage the land in Jharkhand And all MOU's have singhed for scheduled..It's in Under the CNT Act and SPT Act.....
