Dear Friends,

The tentative date of the planned Conference will be around January 2012. We get bit delayed, because we were trying to make our proposal stronger so that the probability of getting rejected is less. In today's meeting, we discussed on various thrust areas of research related to tribal issues and got good guidance by Dr. Joseph Bara and Dr. Vijay Kumar Baraik.

Though, I think that we are moving in the right direction for example-movie screening, conference, educational campaign etc. But, one thing always worried us is the strength and interest we show in the real activities. The number of students turned up today were-just seven (Arun, Pawan, Balbhadra, Juhi, Cornelius, Anubhuti, Ganesh, Raimul, Gloria Kujur,), which is further worrying us for movie screening etc.. Friends, please say your words, how many of you are interested in these activities (if yes then try to be the serious part of it if not then also state your words clearly we will not expect you) or are these senseless?. I think all these steps we are taking for ourselves and for the next generation and we and next generation only is going to reap the crop that we are planting. I know, all of us are busy, some of us of course busy in exam and we never interrupt them, because study is first and foremost thing we have to do here. Please ask the newcomers about their problems in study, understandings and if they have any other problem which we can solve together by mentoring or something, so that no any ST (our friends), particularly from our region go from here without completing their dream. Do we at all ask them or whether somebody asked them about their problems yet or Giving freshers' is sufficient. If giving freshers is our duty you think, then I will propose to stop this duty and no further interaction. If we can not solve or share each others problem at all then what is the need of group.......... is it to do party, for having tea.

Today we are coming to cities and call ourselves elite tribal and if do not call today....we will call tomorrow, because we are English speaking, good earners, bangla owners, gaadi owners. But take a long breath and think and imagine...your condition will be different from the displaced people from their land.

Sorry for harsh words but I could not control myself. If you are not the part of real activities, not the part of entertainment, not the part of crowd, not even individualistic attitude................Tell us who are you??
